OEMServices attaches great importance to the protection of your privacy and personal data.

In accordance with European Regulation 2016/679 of April 26^th, 2016, on the protection of personal data (“GDPR”) and with the amended “Loi Informatique et Libertés” of January 6^th, 1978, OEMservices undertakes to take all necessary precautions to ensure the confidentiality and security of the personal data collected.

When you visit the OEMservices’ site (hereinafter, the “Site”), you share your personal data with OEMServices, which acts as data controller.

The purpose of this privacy policy is to inform any user browsing the Site about the commitments made by OEMServices to ensure that his or her personal data is respected.

COLLECTED DATA AND DATA RETENTION PERIOD

When you visit the Site, OEMServices may collect some of your personal information, including :

The user undertakes to ensure that the personal data transmitted concerning him/her is accurate, complete, up to date and unequivocal.

These personal data may be collected and processed in particular during the following operations:

• During browsing the Site ;
• During a spontaneous application or responding to a job offer on the Site;
• During a contact via the different forms dedicated to this purpose on the Site;

OEMServices retains the user’s personal data only as long as it is necessary to fulfill the purpose for which the data was collected, in order to meet the user’s needs or to fulfill legal obligations.

The following criteria are applied to define the retention period of the personal data collected:

• if the user makes a request to OEMServices via a form available on the Site, the personal data will be kept for the time necessary for the processing of such request;
• if cookies are placed on the user’s computer, the personal data will be retained for any period of time defined in accordance with applicable regulations;
• OEMServices may retain certain data:

• the right to object, for reasons that take into account the user’s particular situation, except for legitimate and compelling reasons invoked by OEMservices that require further processing of personal data.

OEMServices undertakes to comply with the instructions given by the user regarding the storage, deletion and communication of his/her personal data after the user’s death.
